THE KING AND HIS APOSTASTY

 

             The official Douay-Rheims Bible states, in Proverbs, that there is nothing new...under the sun.

             It also sates in Proverbs, this: [21] My son, let not these things depart from thy eyes: keep the law and counsel:     [22] And there shall be life to thy soul, and grace to thy mouth. [23] Then shalt thou walk confidently in thy way, and thy foot shall not stumble…

             It almost seems that it is impossible to do this today, what with the neo-pagan, secular governments and its people hell bent on liberalism and modernism, as nation after nation achieves a supposed unprecedented apostasy from the Catholic Churches’ doctrines, traditions and dogmatic truths. “Keep the law and council”, it states above; but the law yes, but who in this apostasy is fit to council us, we, an assured remnant that holds to the Real Church.? Where are the shepherds to trust, to council us, to give us the Sacraments, to celebrate the Holy Sacrifice, in which we must assist the priest? “...and thy foot shall not stumble!”

             Boy have we all stumbled. We are immersed in  a cauldron of so-called Traditionalist, Vatican Two sycophants, anti-popes, sex-scandal clad priests, malfeasance, theft in the Church, New Age Faddists, Divorce-Annulments, Self-appointed “religious” who have no ordinary jurisdiction: the list grows and is endless, prevaricators and Church “leaders” who have no knowledge that Vatican II and its aftermath, ushered in the Great Apostasy.  We live with disloyal Catholics who cling to the Protestant “Rationalists” all imbued with a Pope-less occupied Vatican and its Franken New Church, that is dispensing false Sacraments and elucidating upon different doctrines that were once condemned as heretical by the very Church they say they uphold.  These real apostates forget that nothing is new under the sun.

             What is apostasy, much less a Great one?  Apostasy (pronounced /əˈpɒstəsi/; from Greek ἀποστασία (apostasia), is a defection or revolt, from ἀπό, apo, "away, apart", στάσις, stasis, "stand . Apostasy is a noun, plural-sies; apostasy is a total desertion of or departure from one's religion, principles, party, cause, etc.

             The word itself in its etymological sense, what does it signify, as do all depictive words that are derived from actual, rational events in life? The desertion of a post, the giving up of a traditional state of life; he who voluntarily embraces a definite state of life cannot leave it, therefore, without becoming an apostate.  The word is horrid, frightening, foreboding, as it also denotes the end of something benevolent and the beginning of something malevolent too.

             And we are living now, the world and the Catholic Church, in the long predicted Great Apostasy.  This apostasy in which the abomination of desolation, predicted by Jesus in Matthew 24, has rained down upon the world to consume it in a maelstrom of seemingly uprescendeted scandal, the lack of an approved, propitiatory Sacrifice that is pleasing to God, a sacrifice that is in perpetuity, coupled with an unrepentant avalanche of sin that has achieved a sort of tacit approval by medicine, psychiatry and secular humanists. 

             Sin in 2010 is outmoded and The Devil does not exist as hell cannot exist for all eternity, God is all Merciful, so the arguments go. “What fools we mortals” have become! And as the English peerage states: “What stuff and nonsense.”  All rational peoples living now, know that evil exists and that a sinner is one who “loves evil”.  These purveyors of such verbiage about Satan and Sin also forget that God: Is All Just and does He deceive and can He be Deceived?
